Into the Thick of It face parte din soundtrack-ul serialului de animatie The Backyardigans, The Backyardigans, un serial TV pentru copii muzical animat de computer creat de Janice Burgess. Seria a fost scrisă și înregistrată la Nickelodeon Animation Studio. Se concentrează pe cinci vecini cu animale care își imaginează aventuri fantastice în curtea lor.

Cantecul a devenit faimos in anul 2021 pe platforma TikTok, unde a devenit coloana sonora pentru o sumedenie de videoclipuri haioase.
